One Bedroom/Sleep 4 = $574.00 $US per week

Two Bedroom/Sleep 6 = $674.00 $US per week

Exchange Fee per week = $180.00 $US

Upgrade Fee per week = $180.00 $US

Guest Certificate (if applicable)= $55.00 $US

 

ALL APPLICABLE FEES are as PER WEEK REQUESTED AND MUST ACCOMPANY THIS REQUEST. We recommend JULY AND AUGUST requests should be submitted up to one (1) year in advance. Please submit your request as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Active Members only can use the exchange system. Membership payments and Usage Fees must be paid in full at the time of request through to travel date.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

All Exchanges are based on space availability. Exchange requests must be submitted on the forms provided by Sun Seekers Group Ltd. (“SSGL”) and cannot be accepted by telephone except when an instant exchange request is requested (5-45 days prior to travel) in which case we require a signed fax. SSGL cannot/will not be held responsible for any monetary losses incurred by Members who make travel arrangements (e.g. purchase airfare) prior to receiving a confirmed exchange. In any case SSGLs liability for any loss or damage arising from the Membership or from the use of the Exchange program is limited to the Exchange Fee(s) for the week(s) at issue received by SSGL. The processing date of an Exchange Request is determined when all conditions for making an exchange have been met and all required information has been received by SSGL.

 

CANCELLATION OF CONFIRMED EXCHANGE REQUESTS:

In order to cancel an exchange request, SSGL must be notified in writing provided that the networks accessed on behalf of Members have varying regulations governing cancellation of exchanges and SSGL Members will incur the penalties charged thereby if an exchange is cancelled as well as:

A)          Loss of right to accrue the vacation week(s).

B)        Loss of right to reapply for a vacation week for that year.

C)        If less than 45 days loss of the week in question.

D)        Loss of any and all fee(s) paid.
